The Category Two Place Bets are those who should be in a good position upon straightening and might just be able to hold on for a place at decent odds. The same conditions apply as with the Category One Place Bets. With these, I like to see Sectional Ratings in the top three in the race and I’d also prefer that their Last 400 ratings aren’t hopeless. On those conditions, today’s best are:
